Patricia Wathen

Patricia Wathen is a Payroll Coordinator at MedStar Shah MSO, LLC. Ms. Wathen began her career with Dr. V.K. Shah, Dr. Ila Shah, and Dr. U.K. Shah in 1983, serving as the receptionist for the Internal Medicine/Specialty of Shah Associates, MD, PA. Her commitment and hard work enabled her to grow with the organization, and in 1997, when the Philip J. Bean Medical Center was opened, she took on the role of Team Leader for the Medical Specialty Department.

With a proven track record of success, she joined the Administration Team in 2000, initially working with accounts payables and supporting the administrator at the time. Since then, she has held multiple roles, demonstrating her versatility and adaptability. Currently, she contributes her skills to the payroll, benefits, and accounts payable teams.

When she is not at work, Ms. Wathen enjoys needlework, quilting/sewing, and spending time with her family, who affectionately refer to her as “Grammy.” Her unwavering dedication, extensive experience, and diverse skillset make her an asset to the entire organization.
